About the event
Join me for a wonderful hour dedicated to unwinding and relaxing. During this meditation class you will follow a guided meditation while receiving Reiki energy. The combination helps you to release and relax while re-centering yourself. This is a great opportunity for self-care and a little "me" time.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket. You will have the option to lie or sit on the floor or chairs will also be provided.
Cost is $20
