Q & A Series

I’m excited to introduce a new series of classes called Q & A Series. These monthly classes will have a different subject matter that we discuss, and I help to answer your questions. It is a great opportunity to also connect with other like-minded people, share thoughts and experiences.

Each class will start with a basic outline to help structure the discussion. The classes will focus on a wide range of subjects but centering around your energy, how to manage it and understand it. How energy is being affected by current events. And how that affects your personal energy.
