Are you ready to learn more about your Chakras? In this group workshop you will receive an understanding of your Chakra system. Chakras are energy centers in our body. Each of these chakras represents different aspects of our energy such as love, safety and security, creativity and more. If your chakras are out of balance they can manifest into emotional and physical issues.

In this workshop we will dive into each Chakra, learn what they mean, how to balance them and understand how to identify and connect with your Chakras. We will do hands on exercises to connect with your Chakras and see what might be out of balance or reflect what has or is going on in your life.
